Last Week in Node.js Working Groups - February 20, 2017

Over the past week the Node.js Working Groups have seen a week of normal activity. Some key highlights are new HTTP/2 work, tracking toward better node-gyp + Visual Studio integration, and new TSC discussions around the Node.js GitHub org.
