Am I entitled to receive Node.js Support?

As a trial subscriber you receive full access to the NodeSource Platform Professional Tier. You are also entitled to receive 8x5 Node.js support by our industry-renowned Node experts and you are entitled to submit one ticket prior to your trial's expiry. A member of our Customer Success team will reach out to you shortly after you start your trial to help onboard you to our support platform.

My trial is going well - how do I upgrade to a paid account?

If you’re happy with the Professional plan during your trial and would like to continue, you can add payment details to your NodeSource account--we’ll automatically bill you after your 30-day trial period has ended and on a monthly recurring basis thereafter.

If you’d like to subscribe to the Professional plan but would prefer annual billing, please contact us.

What happens at the end of my trial?

If you choose not to upgrade to a paid plan before the end of your trial, your NodeSource account will revert to the free Developer plan, which you may continue to use for as long as you’d like. You’ll always have the option to upgrade to paid plan in the event that your needs change later.
