N|Solid Webhook bugfix for Microsoft Flow:

An encoding issue appears to have prevented the use of N|Solid Webhooks with Microsoft Flow. This caused payload-delivery to fail from the N|Solid Console to Microsoft Flow. This has now been rectified and payloads can be parsed as expected.
